The Juice and Nectar Partner Company (JNP) Limited company with a capital of Dh 10.2 million (approximately 1.000.000Euro), was born of a partnership between:• The Access Fund Capital Atlantic Morocco SA (ACAMSA), a subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et CDG management, public financial institution and the first institutional investor in Morocco;
• Mr. Mohammed KHALLOUKI State Engineer in Food Industries, active in the field of fruit juice since 1981.
This partnership has enabled the purchase of the active ex-factory FRUMAT of Black Rocks, in the production of citrus juice since 1970.
The company was restarted in May 2007 and resumed his activities in the processing of citrus fruits: Orange, Grapefruit and Lemon.
Since the restart of the company in May 2006, JNP activities have continued to grow and diversify.

In 2007 : Investment in a line of aseptic packaging, with installation of a dual-head aseptic filler for metal drums of 200 liters.In 2008 : Certification by ECOCERT society as an organic producer, which helped start and develop Bio export activity.
In 2009 : HACCP certification of the factory production issued by SGS.
Accreditation JNP plant, after audit, as a potential supplier of Coca Cola International. Accreditation JNP plant, after audit, as a potential supplier of Pepsi-Co.
In 2010 : Signed an exclusive supply contract with Coca Cola Morocco for the supply of orange concentrate.
In 2011 : - Commitment to an investment project in order to: - Split the production capacity of the company to go from 6 to 12.5t /h of fruit; - Install an evaporation line for the production of concentrates; - Extract essential oils and aromas of citrus treated.
In 2012 : Significant increase in export sales reaching almost 84% of sales in late 2011 Vs almost 58% a year earlier.
In 2013 : Certification company Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) ISO 22000.
